 Mr. Anthony P. Lester (CEO) brings an arsenal of knowledge to the community association industry. As a former association theft and misconduct analyst, Mr. Lester has learned that associations need to protect themselves, not necessarily from theft, but from what the industry has deemed as normal. 

 T&G boasts a staff of fifteen. While the day-to-day management affairs of your community associations will be addressed by an individual Property Manager, our entire staff will become familiar with your property. The depth of our service to your community association goes beyond the assigned Property Manage. You will benefit from the extensive support staff our property managers have.
